Shipping and Delivery
We ship products across Australia and internationally using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within five business days. Shipping times are estimated at between three and seven business days depending on your location within Australia or New Zealand, longer for other destinations. Please contact us for details.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 22 December 2014 for orders placed in Australia. Orders from outside Australia are exempt from GST, (which currently comprises 1/11th of the price). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
QLA is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within three business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Please contact us if you have questions.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised.
A letter of acknowledgement, tax invoice (where requested) and information pack will be sent to you upon receipt of your seminar registration. Payment is required at the time of registration and your place cannot be confirmed until payment is received in full.
Where QLA is notified of a cancellation in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the seminar, a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee can be made. Cancellations received after this time cannot be refunded. Substitutions can be accepted at any time at no additional charge.
Very occasionally, events may be postponed or cancelled by QLA due to circumstances beyond QLA's control. In this rare circumstance, QLA will make every effort to contact those registered for the event as quickly as possible. If the event is cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full. If an event is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date, your payment will be refunded in full. QLA will not be liable for any loss or damage, including costs of travel and accommodation, incurred as a result of the postponement or cancellation.
