Case Study Video 032. Plenty Parklands Primary School adopted a school-wide approach to improving the quality of learning

Plenty Parklands Primary School, situated in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, began its quality improvement journey in 2000.

The school set about establishing a shared vision, building a values based culture, and enhancing relationships by working together to improve processes. This case study shows how they use data to raise expectations of learners and teachers, and apply improvement tools to continuously improve learning achievement. The school continues to realise remarkable results.

This case study presents the students, staff and leadership describing the many benefits their shared efforts have produced.
