ADRI Review Poster
Use this poster to reflect on the quality of programs and other initiatives. The evaluation considers the degree to which Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) thinking has been incorporated into the design and its implementation.
The process involves reflecting upon quesetions related to:
- Approach: purpose, design and measures of success
- Deployment: implementation, acceptance and integration
- Results: monitoring and evaluation
- Improvement: Reviewing and improving the approach and its implementation.
A rating scale is provided for each dimension.
The findings of the self-evaluation leads to the identification of opporunities for improvement, which can be addressed using the 9-step PDSA improvement process.
