By monitoring the perceptions of these stakeholders, schools can:
- Evaluate the extent to which students, staff and parents are having a positive experience of the school
- Determine the extent to which the school operations are meeting the needs of these key stakeholders
- Focus their improvement efforts on those areas of most concern to staff, students and parents
- Monitor changes in perception over time.
