Processes are how work and learning are accomplished. They represent a sequence of actions. A Process Map is an effective way to document the steps in a process showing who is responsible for enacting each step along the way. Once documented you can have meaningful conversations about how to improve the process and clarify roles and responsibilities. It is by improving processes that performance and outcomes are improved. The Process Mapping Improvement guide provides an introduction to processes and process mapping including step by step instructions for creating process maps, also called flowcharts. The guide also includes a comprehensive inventory of approximately 200 typical school processes. Publisher: QLA pfd full colour 20 pages 297mm x 210 mm.
